Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our expanding team. In this key role, you'll provide exceptional support to clients, assisting with payment processing needs including onboarding, reconciliation, risk management, terminal ordering, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide superior customer service via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating exceptional professionalism in every interaction.
  2. Maintain expertise in various support processes and platforms, effectively managing multiple customer inquiries at once.
  3. Achieve accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our support system, ensuring thorough and clear records.
  4. Support clients with inquiries related to onboarding, reconciliation, risk management, and terminal troubleshooting, providing effective solutions for each.
  5. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with payment terminals, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  6. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support levels or relevant teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for both internal and external operations, maintaining consistency and compliance.
  8. Take on other tasks as needed to contribute to team goals and help drive the company's vision.
Requirements:
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise information.
  2. A systematic approach to gathering requirements, identifying issues, and finding effective solutions.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional support platforms quickly.
  4. Strong numerical skills to support reconciliation of bank statements and payment processing data.
  5. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or payments industry.
  6. Demonstrated experience handling technical customer inquiries through phone and email.
  7. Associate or bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience.
Desired Skills:
  1. Familiarity with banking, financial services, or payment processing environments.
  2. Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting credit card payment terminals.
  3. Ability to identify potential issues and resolve them before they escalate.
  4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  5. Strong time management and organizational skills, enabling you to work effectively in a remote setting.
  6. Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate well within a team.
Work Environment:
  1. Standard Shift: 10 am ET- 6 pm ET (8 pm PK time - 4 am PK Time)
  2. Flexible Hours: Willingness to occasionally work during holidays or outside regular hours to accommodate global team needs.
