Business Process Optimization Specialist

This role involves working with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business process gaps and develop tailored solutions to address them. We are looking for professionals who can analyze business needs, design workflows, and implement effective solutions using Odoo's standard and custom modules.

The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, including functional requirement gathering, workflow design, and training end-users. They should also be familiar with Odoo's Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Project, and Manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Odoo applications accordingly.
  • Conduct testing, UAT sessions, and user training to ensure successful adoption and system performance.
  • Provide post-deployment support and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop detailed functional documentation, user manuals, and process diagrams to support solution delivery and maintenance.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, including full-cycle ERP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, functional requirement gathering, and workflow design.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and validate solutions through testing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
