Job Title: Test Automation Framework Lead

 

At our company, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of our test automation framework. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to take charge of designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that will elevate our testing capabilities.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. They will possess strong technical skills, including expertise in performance and usability testing, as well as experience with popular testing frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the test automation framework to meet business requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Develop and maintain automated scripts to support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline
  • Mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions

 

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in the industry
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in performance and usability testing
  • Experience with popular testing frameworks such as Selenium and Appium
  • Agile/Scrum experience is a must
