Leadership Role: Event Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the development and execution of a high-impact tech networking series.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to manage high-responsibility tasks independently.

About the Project:

The goal is to grow this into a signature event series that rivals international benchmarks. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, events, and high-level networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Assist in developing and implementing event strategy.
  • Speaker & VIP Coordination: Engage with invited guests, coordinate logistics, and ensure a premium experience.
  • On-Ground Operations: Help manage the event day flow, logistics, and guest experience.
  • Moderation & Public Engagement: Represent the event on-stage, in panel sessions, or during digital promotions.
  • Sponsorship & Partnerships: Lead outreach to potential sponsors and community partners.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Option to build and lead a small support team if needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about tech, entrepreneurship, or innovation.
  • Excellent communicator with confidence in working with C-level professionals.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage high-responsibility tasks independently.
  • Has exposure to international tech/media ecosystems (preferred but not required).
