Job Title: Technical Sales Professional

Sales Engineer Role Description

This is a sales engineer role that involves developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including portfolio development and client relationship management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated regions, traveling as necessary to visit potential clients and negotiate deals.
  • Client Requirements Management: Manage and interpret customer requirements, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Make technical presentations and demonstrate how products will meet client needs, providing training and support to the sales team as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Solve client problems and provide design support for custom-made products.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background, with experience in technical sales in wireless and wired networks.
  • Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of Wireless Access Point products and overall Telecom solutions.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work in a team environment, independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to build relationships with clients quickly and effectively.
  • Software Skills: Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
