About the Job

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean and analyze data from various sources to build dashboards and reports that track performance, KPIs and trends.
  • Business Insights: Work closely with different teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Problem Solving: Translate business problems into analytical questions, identify relevant datasets and deliver solutions based on data findings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Visualization: Present insights in a clear, concise and visually compelling way using tools like Excel, Google Sheets or BI platforms.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current reporting and recommend improvements or automation strategies.
  • Data Integration: Merge and prepare data from different systems to build unified and consistent analysis.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for advanced analysis.
  • Experience with dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Understanding of business operations and financial metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple and impactful insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and data quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools like SQL, Python (basic level) or Google Analytics is a plus.
