Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Service Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on providing exceptional service to agents and their clients by solving complex insurance coverage problems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • An intermediary between agent and broker for new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Answer agent inquiries and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist agents with the completion of renewal applications and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Provide payment options to agents and maintain accurate digital files.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Issue, quote, and process bonds efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to company protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Assist other team members as needed with duties and responsibilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance or willing to obtain proper licenses within a desired timeframe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with client relationship software and MS Excel is a plus.
