We are seeking a highly skilled Database Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database design, normalization, and data modeling.
About the Role:As a Database Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance databases, ensuring data integrity and security. You will work closely with developers and analysts to ensure seamless integration between databases and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop efficient and scalable databases, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
  • Monitor and analyze database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues.
  • Implement and maintain data security, backup, and recovery strategies to protect critical information.

Requirements:
  • Strong expertise inSQL Server(or similar RDBMS) and proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Proficiency in database design, normalization, and data modeling.
  • Knowledge ofperformance tuningtechniques and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g.,Git).
  • Understanding ofdata security standardsand compliance requirements.
