Senior Officer Role

The Senior Officer is a critical position within our organization, responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to drive institutional growth and development.

  • This role involves supporting the Senior Manager/Manager in building and maintaining relationships with Training Organizations, Student Affairs, and Learning Partners.
  • The ideal candidate will provide qualitative input towards improving these partnerships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement from all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and external partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of departmental initiatives and events that foster student engagement and capacity building.
  • Working closely with students to resolve issues and provide support where needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 16 years of education, with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CA Education & Training Systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
