We are seeking a comprehensive evaluation specialist to join our team.
- Job Description:
- Conduct rigorous, insightful evaluations using the Whole School Evaluation framework to diagnose school performance and drive sustainable improvement.
- Collaborate with principals, teachers, and learners to gather insights, validate findings, and foster co-ownership of evaluation outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Synthesis: Gather rich, on-site evidence and connect the dots to deliver accurate, evidence-based findings.
- Pattern Recognition & Analysis: Identify trends, correlations, and systemic gaps within qualitative and quantitative datasets to draw well-founded conclusions about teaching, learning, and operations.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PhD in Education or related field.
- Proven track record of conducting comprehensive evaluations using mixed-methods approaches.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- What Success Looks Like:
- Consistent execution of WSE evaluations across assigned schools, adhering to framework protocols and timelines.
- Timely delivery of concise, evidence-based evaluation reports with clear strengths, areas for improvement, and prioritized recommendations.
