Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Java Full Stack team. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we need experienced individuals who can effectively manage and develop our microservices-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, experience with AWS services, and excellent leadership skills. They should be able to design, implement, and document test changes in microservices-based applications, as well as initiate design reviews for new applications while adhering to software development standards.

Responsibilities include performing cross-functional training and facilitating information sharing among team members, recommending new software development technologies and development processes, and collaborating with the team to ensure deliverables are on schedule.

In addition, the candidate should be able to participate in requirement gathering and functional specification activities, assist system analysts in translating business requirements and functional designs into technical designs, and resolve and mitigate production application issues.
