**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining high standards of customer service by ensuring that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to increase business volume.
  3. Handling customer complaints efficiently and providing effective solutions.
  4. Monitoring and controlling all operational activities of sites and projects.
  5. Assigning tasks to sales staff and monitoring their activities.

 

**Requirements:**

*** Required Skills and Qualifications:***

  • 4 to 8 years experience preferably in a similar role.
  • A background in Woodwork or strong Woodworking knowledge is essential.
  • Proficient in dealing with client demands and can handle customer complaints efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication, Managerial, Organizational, and Conflict Resolution Skills are required.
  • Computer literacy in MS office application and proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Fully qualified and experienced in Sales specifically showroom sales.
