Ecommerce Account Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned eCommerce professional to drive our online business forward. As an Ecommerce Account Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize our online sales channels.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for eCommerce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing key eCommerce accounts, developing strategies to increase online sales, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, analyzing eCommerce data, and building relationships with online marketplaces and vendors.

  • Optimize product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement across various platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality and seeking input from others when necessary.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a confident outlook in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented organizational and project management skills, as well as adaptability to fast-changing eCommerce landscapes.
