We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Forecasting Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience to develop their skills in financial analysis, evaluation, modeling, and forecasting.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional planning and forecasting support to in-market Finance and area teams. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial analysis, and attention to detail. They will also be able to understand variances between actuals and plans, provide insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities, and prepare management reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, alignment, and communication of financial forecasts
  • Assist in building financial models, trend analysis, and business cases
  • Understand variances between actuals and plans and provide insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare management reports to support decision-making
  • Coordinate with team members to consolidate regional financial forecasts
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, etc.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, evaluation, modeling, and forecasting with attention to detail
