Financial Planning Expert

This role involves preparing comprehensive financial plans for the organization. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing historical data, developing trends and assumptions, and examining management plans to inform projections.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the optimal buy-sell-hold position by forecasting returns, expenses, and taxes. They will also project financial returns by analyzing risks and opportunities in new ventures.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Financial Planning Expert will improve financial management and control by evaluating and redesigning financial systems. This may involve updating job knowledge by studying new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. A high degree of attention to detail is also essential.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is typically required for this role, although a master's degree may be preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA can also be beneficial.

The salary range for this role varies depending on experience and qualifications, but generally falls within the upper middle range of the organizational compensation structure.
