Senior Project Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the successful planning, execution, and review of project activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of project strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with local government departments and public health engineering teams to build synergies and secure support for program implementation.
  • Supervise and lead field teams to deliver high-quality results in flood-affected districts, particularly Mirpur Khas.
  • Orientate and facilitate project staff on project activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Submit regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and areas for improvement.
  • Organize and lead project implementation meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Evaluate the project's smooth functioning, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Prepare internal and external reports according to contractual agreements, showcasing project achievements and lessons learned.
  • Monitor budgets and cash flows, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal project outcomes.
  • Present project updates at internal and external levels, communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Implement effective methodologies to optimize inputs and results, driving project success and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Masters in Social Studies, Sociology, or relevant field from a recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementation and management roles with increasing responsibilities in NGOs/INGOs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in local languages and English.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
