We are seeking a seasoned Content Servicing Manager to lead our team in ensuring seamless content preparation activities meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Coordinate teams to ensure timely creation and delivery of high-quality content to various streaming, networks, and affiliate platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Content Onboarding, Global Title and Metadata Governance, and Global Localisation teams to provide work-order demand signals and track content readiness.
  • Manage multiple internal software tracking and material management systems to ensure accurate data and version control.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful handovers of content to linear network teams and Global Content Distribution Operations.
  • Work closely with regional directors and supervisors to ensure seamless communication across departmental output.
  • Lead a team of specialists to ensure coordinated content preparation activities meet business needs.
  • Raise demand signals to GCO CoE's and Content Onboarding to meet deadline-driven premiere dates.
  • Maintain live system records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Plan and manage region-wide content servicing requirements and related processes.
  • Escalate deviations to programming plans for collaborative discussion on operational solutions.
  • Ensure successful just-in-time deliveries to the Global Content Distribution Operations team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the broadcast industry.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Superior organisational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Initiative, proactivity, and motivation.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service provision to internal stakeholders.
