UI/UX Graphic Designer Job Description

The role will involve working in US timing (EST) from home.

  • We are looking for a concept-oriented individual with strong goal-driven abilities.
  • Responsibilities include conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, preparing rough drafts, and presenting ideas.
  • You will work with copywriters to produce final designs, test graphics across various media, and ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • The ideal candidate will develop UI mockups and prototypes, create original graphic designs, prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • They will also identify and troubleshoot UX problems, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  • The successful candidate will have 4 years of experience in graphic designing with UI/UX experience.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics is essential.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Wireframe.cc, and InVision is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be hands-on with creating user-friendly and straightforward ideas for products, able to organize, multitask, and manage time to complete tasks.
  • They should also have hands-on experience with wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps, and a willingness to learn on the job regarding the best practices in user interface and design.
  • Exposure to the design industry and its various responsibilities is beneficial.
