About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Business Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business operations, data management, or AI project governance and be well-versed in strategy execution and operationalization.

Main Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Operations Manager will be responsible for:

Strategy Execution:

  • Supporting the prioritization of business impact areas by working with engineering, AI, analytics, and product teams to identify key focus areas.
  • Ensuring that AI and data initiatives are executed on time and meet desired business impact through collaboration with functional leaders and cross-functional teams.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to measure the success of data and AI initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining balanced scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational success.

Risk Management:

  • Establishing project governance frameworks to monitor the progress of AI and data initiatives and ensure they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for data and AI solutions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for various operational teams to ensure alignment on business needs and AI integration.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in business operations, data management, or AI project governance.
  • Proven track record of collaboration across teams to drive operational success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and data platforms.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
