Lead Software Development Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Software Development Specialist with expertise in React (front-end) and React Native (mobile) to spearhead the development of cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable web and mobile applications.
    • Architect front-end and mobile solutions using React and React Native following modern design principles and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software design, testing, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and coach engineering team members to elevate technical excellence.
    • Develop and integrate backend services using RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Optimize application performance using advanced techniques such as memoization, lazy loading, and code splitting.
    • Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and environment management.
  • Engage in system design discussions, architectural reviews, and technology evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 8–10 years of experience in software development, including roles such as Technical Lead.
  • Expertise in React, including functional components, Hooks, Context API, and state management using MobX.
    • Experience with React Native, including native modules integration and managing navigation.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one backend language.
    • Apply deep knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles.
  • Proven leadership in designing and delivering scalable, reliable systems.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
