Job Overview

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions with a focus on on-premises infrastructure and LLM integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and document end-to-end technical architectures that meet business and technical requirements.

  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for on-premise and hybrid environments.
  • Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and scalability.

2. Frontend Architecture

Architect and optimize modern, responsive frontend applications.

  • Develop React 18+ with TypeScript applications using Redux Toolkit for state management.
  • Implement Material-UI (MUI) for UI components and Recharts for data visualization.
  • Integrate Socket.io for real-time updates and Formik/Yup for form management.

Design robust, high-performance backend systems to support frontend and integration needs.

  • Build Express.js (Node.js) APIs with TypeScript and document using OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Implement JWT-based authentication via Passport.js and validate requests with Joi.
  • Optimize performance using Redis for caching and bull for job processing.

4. Database & Storage

Design and manage efficient, scalable data storage and retrieval systems.

  • Architect PostgreSQL 14+ databases with TimescaleDB for time-series data.
  • Utilize Sequelize ORM for database interactions and migrations.
  • Deploy Qdrant for vector search and on-premise storage solutions (e.g., NAS/SAN) for documents.

5. AI/ML & LLM Integration

Integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities, including custom LLMs, into the solution architecture.

  • Implement OCR solutions (e.g., Tesseract) and NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Deploy and fine-tune open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, GPT-Neo) for generative AI applications.
  • Orchestrate workflows using Apache Airflow or Kubeflow.

Design and deploy resilient, high-performance on-premise infrastructure.

  • Manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized microservices and virtualized environments (e.g., VMware).
  • Configure high-availability PostgreSQL and Redis for caching.
  • Secure infrastructure with firewalls, VPNs, and identity management (e.g., LDAP, Keycloak).

7. DevOps & Monitoring

Ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and observability of systems.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Drive cross-functional alignment and mentor teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes, VMware, high-availability systems.
  • DevOps: CI/CD, monitoring, IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: CKA/CKAD, VMware, or Linux.
  • Experience with vector databases (Qdrant) and custom LLM deployments.
  • Proficiency in Airflow or Kubeflow for workflow orchestration.
