
Territory Sales Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Associate to engage with potential customers at their residences to promote and sell products. This role involves interacting directly with customers, utilizing persuasive communication skills to achieve sales targets, and providing regular sales reports to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Outreach: Identify potential customers within the assigned territory through various methods, such as lead lists, referrals, and market research.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Engagement: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build relationships.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the defined timeframes.
- CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the company's CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who express interest but do not make an immediate purchase, nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication.
- Territory Optimization: Organize and plan daily routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and coverage within the assigned territory.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and insights to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and relay customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to contribute to product and sales strategy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
