We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, journal entries, and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Support the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in using Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is advantageous.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
