  • Assist with social media management and customer support as needed.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and records.
  • Utilize and manage CRM platforms for seamless client interactions.
  • Track and manage tasks using project management tools.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior executives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a focus on international client handling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
