Piping Industry Executive Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Piping Industry Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Your primary objective will be to identify and target new retail and modern market customers, conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and execute HQ's sales and marketing strategies.
To achieve these goals, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and coach your team members. Your role will also involve supporting the Marketing Department in collecting competitors' information and market trends.
You will be required to present regular sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as provide realistic forecasts of the area. A Bachelor's Degree or above is required, along with at least three years of working experience in the plastic piping industry.
This position requires a well-organized individual with strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. You must also have an easy-going character, be self-disciplined, and willing to take on new challenges.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience and a rich network of customer resources within the piping industry.
