International Freight Forwarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely movement of international and domestic shipments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned shipments from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Track and trace shipments daily, maintaining accurate records and updating status as necessary.
- Transfer information from documents to spreadsheets and cloud files, maintaining data integrity and security.
- Maintain accurate and timely data management in CRM systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Prepare shipping documents for customers, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor reports and meet billing deadlines, ensuring efficient financial processes.
- Meet key performance indicators to support department and company goals, contributing to business growth and success.
- Protect confidential customer and company information, upholding highest standards of confidentiality.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in ocean freight/logistics import/export industry (CY/CY, INTERMODAL, DRAYAGE, CY/DOOR).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and strong communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Familiarity with clearing documentation (AES, ISF, Customs Entry) and shipping norms/processes, staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes.
This is a full-time position working on-site from Monday to Friday, with night shift timings from 06 PM to 03 AM. Benefits include medical insurance, bonus, and paid annual leaves, supporting employees' well-being and career growth.
