Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior quality assurance engineer to lead our team in ensuring high-quality applications.

  • Lead the quality assurance team in ensuring end-user applications meet high standards of performance, security, and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address product issues promptly.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test suites to ensure product quality and stability.
  • Investigate customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential problems.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong background in testing methodologies.
  • Excellent functional testing skills with knowledge of testing cycles, automated testing, and load testing.
  • Familiarity with TFS and VSTS or similar version control systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
