Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Network Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the sales distribution network, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity. They should have leadership qualities, strong communication, presentation, customer relationship, and training skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales distribution network to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase market share.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
