Creative Head Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Head to lead our team of designers, visualizers, and animators. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience working at a pharmaceutical company in the related field. International markets and consumer behavior would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creative team to develop the department's creative output for the marketing department.
  • Work with Brand Managers to ensure marketing/promotion needs are met and creative goals are on track.
  • Develop launch/promotion campaigns based on the Brand Manager's marketing plan, conceptualize ideas, assign projects, and verify deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending strategy meetings, leading brainstorming sessions, and managing the creative team from concept to completion of projects.
