What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Growth & Demand Generation

• Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on driving signups, reducing churn, and increasing MRR growth.
• Develop high-impact acquisition strategies across SEO, paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, growth experiments, automation, and funnel analytics.

Revenue & Performance Optimization

• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using key SaaS growth metrics:
• CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
• LTV (Lifetime Value)
• Churn Rate & Retention
• Conversion Rates & ROAS
• Implement data-driven campaigns that align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Brand & Market Positioning

• Elevate Social Champ's brand as a leading SaaS platform in the social media management space.
• Develop compelling messaging, engaging storytelling, and a strong brand presence across all channels.
• Build thought leadership content that positions us as the go-to tool for creators, businesses, and agencies.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content, growth, and performance marketing.
• Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and innovation in marketing execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or tech).

Growth & Revenue Focus: You have a track record of scaling MRR, optimizing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.

Technical Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, paid media, automation, and A/B testing tools.

Data-Driven Mindset: You don't just run campaigns—you analyze, iterate, and optimize based on real metrics.

Creative & Strategic Thinking: You understand brand positioning, storytelling, and how to stand out in a crowded market.

Leadership & Execution: You can set strategy AND execute, leading a team while staying deeply involved in driving results.

Bonus Points if You:

• Have experience growing MRR rapidly in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Are passionate about social media, creator economy, and digital marketing trends.
• Love experimentation and growth hacking—you test, measure, and iterate relentlessly.
• Have experience using Social Champ (or similar tools) and a vision for how we can dominate the space.
