Target Market: USA
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of the USA call center environment and have highly professional US accent and communication skills. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling all queries of our customers based in the USA and other countries.
Job Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and tailoring sales pitches accordingly to provide effective solutions.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Answering customer inquiries, addressing objections, and providing product information in a clear and concise manner.
- Closing sales deals and processing orders efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
- Continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques to stay ahead in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
- Able to build rapport and establish trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Able to handle objections and rejection professionally, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle a high volume of calls and unexpected situations.
- Product knowledge and understanding of sales techniques and strategies to provide value-added solutions.
