Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top technical talent to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and recruit high-caliber technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and posting strategies to attract the best talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top candidates.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technical role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical candidates.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media and local job posts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organization skills, with attention to detail.
