Junior Researcher Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our research team as a Junior Researcher. This role will provide an opportunity to develop and enhance your research skills, working closely with senior researchers to conduct literature reviews, conceptualize and execute primary research studies, and gather and consolidate raw data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and secondary research to compile background information for senior researchers
  • Assist in developing and executing primary research studies across qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Gather and consolidate raw data from various sources, including databases, proprietary systems, online panel sources, and open datasets
  • Administer surveys, conduct interviews, moderate focus groups, collect field observations according to established protocols
  • Create basic summaries and tabulations of research data sets
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to create charts, graphs, and dashboards of findings
  • Document detailed notes during qualitative research activities
  • Provide analytical support to senior researchers on complex quantitative data interpretation
  • Assist in compiling research reports by developing exhibits to visualize data insights
  • Cordinate citation and bibliographic fact checking for senior researchers
  • Cordinate manuscript submission processes and compliance documentation
  • Shadow senior researchers during presentations to absorb techniques for compelling delivery
  • Develop a broad understanding of research methodologies employed across domains
  • Pursue training opportunities and educational programs to advance core research competencies
