">Media and Digital Lead - Personal Care Role

">Main Responsibilities:
">
  • Design holistic media plans that cover all platforms, including retailer media, based on audience insights.
  • Manage media activation according to marketing plans and activity calendars, involving digital hub channel specialists for local deployment.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital communication teams to ensure seamless end-to-end plans across online and offline channels with key customers.
  • Work with agencies and external partners to execute media plans effectively.
  • Maximize efficiency by extracting value from external partners and agencies for business units and markets.
  • Support the development of new brand platforms and lead influencer marketing strategies.
  • Drive consumer engagement through partnerships with influencers, implementing Unilever's social-first framework.

">Media Innovation and Precision Marketing:

  • Drive innovation through new formats, platforms, and programs.
  • Enhance precision marketing using cohort-based and data-driven approaches.

">Data-Driven Marketing (DDM):
">
  • Develop and manage the DDM ecosystem, incorporating first-party and second-party data.
  • Foster 1:1 consumer connections through advanced targeting.

">Capability Building:
">
  • Equip internal and external teams with necessary tools, audience insights, and skills for success in digital media.

">Requirements:
">
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • In-depth understanding of the media and brand communication landscape.
  • Holistic brand communication management experience at a large brand or cross-brand leadership experience at an agency.
  • Advertising/Media budget management experience.
  • Experience driving change and embedding innovation in the business.
  • Handling complex stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
  • Data-driven marketing and performance/e-commerce expertise.
  • Exposure to disciplines such as CRM, Mar-Tech, and Ad-Tech platform management.
