We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Continuity Management Officer. As the lead for our Business Continuity Management function, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that business continuity processes align with ISO 22301 standards and other relevant frameworks. To achieve this, you will conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the effectiveness of continuity measures.

Additionally, you will establish and manage incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks. You will also coordinate and conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of continuity and response plans.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze test results and incidents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements. Furthermore, you will provide training to employees on business continuity principles, procedures, and their roles in a disruption.
