Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating business development activities, ensuring the achievement of revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
