Job Title: Account Performance Specialist

This role involves ensuring the optimal performance of Amazon accounts through various tasks and responsibilities.

  • Account Health Management: Regularly check the account health rating to maintain or improve it.
  • Inventory Performance: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including the Inventory Performance Index (IPI), to ensure optimal stock levels and health.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Shipments and Inventory Management: Create and manage shipments to warehouses for timely and accurate inventory replenishment. Address and resolve issues related to stranded inventory or stock discrepancies.
  • Case Management: Open, monitor, and resolve cases through Seller Central, responding promptly to any issues or inquiries. Maintain clear communication with support to resolve cases favorably and promptly.
  • Listing Management: Create and update product listings on Amazon to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies. Optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion using SEO best practices and guidelines.
  • Data Entry and Report Management: Perform data entry tasks to ensure all account information is accurate and up-to-date. Generate and update internal reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing accounts on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's operational standards and account management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
Preferred Skills:
  • Completion of relevant courses, including Amazon's own training programs.
  • Experience with case handling, shipment creation, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices related to Amazon listings.
