We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, establishing a recruiting program, conducting exit interviews, and recommending changes.

  • Prepare employees for assignments by developing and implementing orientation and training programs that cater to their needs and growth.">
  • Develop and maintain a pay plan by conducting regular pay surveys, job evaluations, and pay budgeting to ensure fairness and equity in compensation.">
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by coaching managers on effective management techniques and providing support in resolving employee grievances.">
  • Manage employee benefits programs and inform employees about available benefits by assessing their needs and trends and making recommendations to management.">
  • Ensure compliance with human resource laws and regulations by staying updated on industry standards and best practices.">
  • Contribute to the development of human resource policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.">

">Key Skills and Qualifications:">

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. They will also have a sound understanding of human resource principles, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in talent acquisition and management.
