Cloud Solutions Developer

This position is responsible for designing, building, testing and maintaining cloud solutions. Key to success is having expertise in Azure platform.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Developing full lifecycle of software or applications with automation tools.
  • Identifying and implementing optimal technologies and tools for creating applications or software.
  • Incorporating best DevOps practices into development.
  • Integrating solutions for continuous deployment and integration.
  • Creating scalable CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs.
  • Reviewing, verifying and validating software code developed in the project.
  • Monitoring processes throughout the lifecycle for adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing wastage.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Hands-on experience with Linux Server Administration.
  • Familiarity with webservers, databases (installation, tuning, troubleshooting).
  • Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, build tools, monitoring, configuration tools, testing).
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Azure Certification is mandatory.
