We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our HR Systems Team as an HR Trainee. As an HR Trainee, you will work closely with the team to support HR operations through systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing HRIS and ensuring it remains operational.
  • Provide backup support in managing and updating HR Systems.
  • Support data entry, validation, and audits to maintain data integrity within Workday HRMS.
  • Support reporting and analysis tasks using Workday HRMS.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong understanding of HR Systems or databases.
  • Excellent Data Analytical Skills.
  • Stress & Time Management Skills.
  • Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures.
  • MS-Office: Especially strong spreadsheet skills, for ad hoc reporting and analysis.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
