Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.

  1. Employee Engagement:

Organize and manage employee engagement initiatives, including sporting activities and tournaments.

Measure and report on engagement metrics.

  1. Website Management:

Ensure timely updates and effective management of the company's HR-related website content.

Collaborate with IT and Marketing teams to enhance online presence.


  1. Employee Grievance Handling:

Address employee grievances efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve concerns.


Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Analytics.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
