Position: HR Analyst

Location: Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports and data analytics to support decision making
  • Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Provide support in the recruitment process.
  • Assist with performance management reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide data insights to support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement and effective decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
