Job Summary

The role of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager is crucial in ensuring the implementation and effectiveness of quality management systems, project quality plans, and quality inspection plans. This position requires strong leadership skills to develop and foster a quality culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing quality management systems that align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of quality metrics and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Interacting with clients and engineers to resolve QA/QC-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A deep understanding of various codes and standards applicable to civil construction projects, such as ACI, AASHTO, ASTM, and ASME.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
