  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our fast-paced department. This role is central to designing, optimizing, and proposing control system solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of different PLC / DCS-based control systems (Rockwell/ Schneider/ Emerson) and knowledge of SCADA systems and their requirements.
  • This position requires the ability to perform effort estimation for engineering, construction, and testing works and develop project execution plans to meet customer needs.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing sales support for compliance of key proposals against the received RFQs and coordinating proposals related tasks with the sales team.
  • Additional responsibilities include taking multiple quotes from new and existing vendors and developing standard procedures.
  • The ideal candidate should have good writing skills to produce high-level execution philosophies, project plans, design procedures, and commercial terms & conditions for customers' understanding.
  • They should also be able to propose and design optimal control system architectures with in-depth knowledge of network protocols and design.
  • Quality of product solution as defined must be ensured by this position.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's/Master Degree in engineering or in a related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in engineering or technical sales
  • Knowledge and experience of field instrumentation selections and designing of cost optimized solutions
  • Experience of site work and estimation of construction scope for installation of control system solutions is an advantage
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Business development skills including negotiation of prices and discount schedules with vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
