Entry-Level Computer Support Position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-level Computer Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person

  4. Setting up new user accounts, passwords, and profiles
  5. Educating users on basic computer functions and troubleshooting techniques
  6. Escalating complex issues to senior technicians when necessary

The requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
