Solution Architect and Technical Proposal Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect and Technical Proposal Specialist to join our team. This role is central to designing, optimizing, and proposing control system solutions tailored to customer requirements.

  • Evaluate technical specifications and ensure that the design solution aligns with customer needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of different PLC/DCS-based control systems and SCADA systems.
  • Develop project execution plans, estimate engineering efforts, and coordinate proposal activities with sales teams.
  • Analyze quality of product solutions as defined by customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-level execution philosophies, project plans, design procedures, and commercial terms for customers' understanding.

- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver compliant proposals against received RFQs.

- Evaluate multiple vendor quotes and provide support to teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's/Master Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of work experience in engineering or technical sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
