Job Title: Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all project-related activities are executed efficiently, documentation is maintained, and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and monitor project tasks and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Task Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, resources, and meetings.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and track project documentation including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities and communications.
  • Liaison Role: Liaise between internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute project-related reports, status updates, and documentation.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks or delays to management.
  • Budgeting: Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and logistics.
  • Audit Support: Support project teams during internal and external audits.
  • Compliance: Uphold compliance with company standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Document Controller, or in a similar administrative/project role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
