Social Media Marketing Professional

Are you a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for social media marketing? We're seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive sales.

About the Role
  • Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing plans across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to promote brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives.
  • Develop high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) that resonates with target audiences, showcasing your creativity and flair.
  • Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships to maximize ROI.
  • Actively monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and feedback to maintain positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion metrics.
  • E nsure all social media content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and goals, maintaining a consistent tone across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content creators, designers, and product teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure success and adjust strategies.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
