Transportation Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage transportation facilities for senior staff members, ensuring regular maintenance and servicing.
  2. Verify that all fleet vehicles and equipment are properly registered, licensed, and regularly tested.
  3. Supervise van inspections and address employee inquiries about the pick-up and drop-off service.
  4. Visit employee routes and maintain a record of all contracted vehicles.
  5. Create a weekly schedule for the pick-up and drop-off service and keep it up-to-date in line with the shift schedule.
  6. Perform all transportation management tasks, including procurement, repair, maintenance, and servicing, prioritizing compliance with established rules and regulations.
  7. Discuss vehicle issues with relevant departments and ensure timely resolution of conflicts.
  8. Prepare contracts/agreements with transportation vendors.
  9. Ensure payment of taxes and other government levies on time.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a reputable institution.
