We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Strategist to lead our efforts in orchestrating the design and implementation of business solutions that align with client expectations.

This role involves leading functional activities, managing stakeholder interactions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and will be able to guide and mentor other analysts while driving continuous improvement in our processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in organizing agile project functional team activities during the build phase, ensuring efficient task prioritization, risk anticipation, and accurate effort estimation.
  • Client Demonstrations: Lead and support demo sessions showcasing solutions and customized client solutions.
  • Requirements confirmation: Actively engage with clients during the Design phase to confirm customer requirements and align them with standard capabilities.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify and address gaps between project requirements and template solution, proposing integrations into the core product where feasible.
  • Solution Design: Analyze, design, and propose solutions for individual features or entire modules, using demonstrations and supportive documentation to articulate proposals to clients.
  • Documentation: Write and maintain documentation in the form of user stories, blueprints etc. ensuring they are updated and reflect current project specifications.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative project environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the Quality Lead to develop and refine QA processes that meet industry standards, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and the documentation of defects for continuous improvement.
